<p>Welcome to our new site. XactFitness is dedicated to providing fitness information for everyone. Whether you want to learn more about running, eating a healthy diet, or are looking for weight loss information, we will have it all here.</p>
<p>One of the things that we think is very important to address is the importance of regular exercise. Sometimes we feel like we are just too busy to work out, but it has been proven that even just a few minutes on those busy days can be beneficial. Of course it is better if you can work more than a few minutes into your schedule, but on days when you are seriously strapped for time, working out for a few minutes helps to keep your metabolism up, and helps to keep you in the habit of exercising daily.</p>
